They cover your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement. Work we do for you is governed by the statement of work and master agreement we both sign, and where those documents and this page disagree, those documents win.
The content is informational
Everything on this site — service descriptions, case summaries, timelines, prices where they appear — is a description of how we usually work, not an offer capable of acceptance and not a promise of a particular result. A scope becomes binding when it is signed, not when it is published.
Case studies describe past engagements. Client names and identifying details are withheld or changed where confidentiality requires it, and past outcomes do not predict what your systems will do.
Using the site
- Read it, print it, and share links to it freely.
