We design, build, and integrate the CRM and ERP platforms that mid-market operators depend on — then we stay on to keep them running. No seat resale, no offshore handoff, no 200-page discovery deck.
Most engagements start in one line and grow into two or three. The same architects who scope the work write the code and answer the support ticket eighteen months later.
Pipeline design, territory and quota models, deduplication rules, and the reporting layer your sales leadership will actually open on a Monday.
Moving off spreadsheets, QuickBooks, or a 2011 on-prem install — with a cutover plan that survives a real month-end close.
The middleware layer between CRM, ERP, WMS, and billing. Idempotent syncs, replayable queues, and alerting that names the record that failed.
Agents wired into the systems you already run — reading real CRM and ERP records through scoped, permissioned tools. Quote drafting, ticket triage, order-exception handling, and month-end reconciliation, with a human approval step wherever money or a customer commitment is involved.
When the platform can't bend far enough, we build the app around it — field tools, quoting engines, customer portals, internal admin.
Extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation with a documented audit trail — plus the ownership model that keeps the data clean after go-live.
Retained hours for enhancements, release testing, and admin coverage. Named engineer, fixed monthly, response times in writing.
Most of our clients are under NDA, so we describe them by shape rather than by name. Reference calls available under mutual NDA at shortlist stage.
Technicians quoted on paper and re-keyed jobs into two systems at end of day. We put Dynamics 365 in front of the sales motion, NetSuite behind the ledger, and built an offline-capable field app that writes to both through a single integration service. Invoices now leave the same day the job closes.
Fourteen years of order history in an unsupported on-prem ERP, with three warehouses running incompatible pick logic. Phased migration to Odoo by warehouse, with a reconciliation harness that compared every migrated order against the legacy ledger before each cutover weekend.
Four business units, four CRMs, one very confused member. We consolidated onto Salesforce Health Cloud, then built a member-facing portal that reads a single unified profile. HIPAA-scoped audit logging on every record touch.
Forecast accuracy had drifted far enough that the board stopped trusting it. We rebuilt the pipeline stages around exit criteria, wired HubSpot to the billing system so closed-won matched invoiced revenue, and replaced eleven overlapping dashboards with four.
Configure-price-quote logic lived in a 40-tab spreadsheet that one person maintained. We modeled the rules properly, exposed them through a quoting web app for the dealer network, and pushed accepted quotes straight into SAP Business One as sales orders.
Six acquisitions in three years, each arriving with its own stack. We run a standing integration playbook: 60-day assessment, chart-of-accounts mapping, CRM consolidation, then handover to a shared support model. Three companies merged so far, two in flight.
We hold partner status on four platforms and working depth on several more. If your problem is better solved on something we don't do well, we'll say so in the first call.
The assessment is a fixed fee and yours to keep — including if you take it to another firm. We've had clients do exactly that, and two came back.
We map every system, integration, and manual workaround in use, then rank the failure points by what they cost you per month. Deliverable is a written architecture and a costed remediation plan.
We design the target state and prove the riskiest part of it first — usually the integration or the migration path — on real data from your production systems.
Two-week increments with a working demo at the end of each. Cutover runs on a rehearsed plan with a documented rollback, and we're on site or on call for the first close.
A named engineer who already knows your system, monthly enhancement hours, and release testing before every platform update ships to you.
Send us your org chart and a list of the systems you run. We'll come back within two business days with a scope, a fixed price, and the name of the architect who'd lead it.
